Help! My cat has red, bleeding spots showing up on his head and face - so far 4 in the past 24 hours. They start as hard knobs under the skin and then lead to bleeding spots. My vet says it’s hot spots caused by an allergy, but my gut says that isn’t right. Anyone seen this type of thing before?
