We were with Petplan for 7 years for my British Shorthair, and they were steadily raising prices, year on year, until their premiums got completely uncompetitive. Question to the crowd: name a reputable UK pet insurer, ideally if you have experience of claims with them. My boy doesn't have any health problems yet but none of us are getting any younger :)
