This is an email i sent to chewy for their awful service:
Chewy team, You are an “animal service” company, however, you do not care about those who require your service. Please note this message will escalate until as high as i can make it go. My dog has a heart condition that requires daily medication which I attempted to purchase from your website as recommended by the vet. I made sure to place the order over one week before his current supply ran out as to have enough time for the meda to come in. As your website advertised, 2 day shipping for orders over $50, so, plenty of time. Apparently not. There was so much back and fourth between chewy and the vet and finally sending this out after i spent 4 days insisting on this shipment. Second to last chat i had, after much forceful asking on my part, the chewy customer service rep informed me that a request for overnight shipping was getting put in. This morning, again, i called to check and make sure it was being overnighted, all the customer service person told me was: “I can’t inform you anything. A supervisor will have to call you”. That was 9 am. It is now 7:12 PM. Nobody has called and it looks like the shipment was not put through as overnight. See tracking attached. Please feel and take this to bed, that if my dog suffers due to this irresponsible and lack of organization on your part, his suffering is on you! Please note this email will be posted everywhere it can reach. From an extremely unsatisfied customer.
