Hi, I'm here to find a documentary or information.
I have read or seen before that in a study made about the rise of abandoned pets was because one of the reasons was about this "new" culture about rescue groups, so people abandon their pets in hope that they be found a rescue group and so a new home.
Have you heard about this information or it was part of a documentary or it was misunderstood information I got in the past?
