I swear I fucking hate dogs. They're so disgusting.
My neighbor's dog is always breaking loose from her chains and getting into our garbage cans (we have one for regular garbage and then a smaller one where I throw away my cat's wastes) and messing up our backyard. I am so frustrated. I don't want to get mad at my neighbors because they're a nice elderly couple, but urgh.. Is there anything I can put into our garbage cans to deter her from tearing it up? I think she's a pitbull, if that helps.
