Hello. I have new neighbors that moved in a little over a month ago. They have a big dog, not sure what kind he is, but they have him in a chicken-coop looking cage. The owner has a baby and I understand that babies need attention, but I see the dog sitting or laying in that cage all day and night. I just now was looking out my window to check on him and he was going stir crazy and it looked like he was trying to escape. He was barking very loudly. He then used the bathroom in the cage. It is breaking my heart seeing this dog sit in the cage all day and night. I would consider this neglect/abuse. I want to sneak over and kidnap him and give him a better life with my dogs, but I know I could get jailed for doing that. What can I do to save this dog? I can’t sit by and watch this for much longer.
