My neighbors are very nice people not mean at all but they keep their dogs outside in a cage all day and they give them food and water and when it gets cold they put a red light in there but i think it’s cruel how they have no interaction but with themselves i’ve tried telling my mom about this but she says it’s none of our business we have 2 dogs ourselves and we take great care of them. Anyone have anything I could do?
