Hey everyone, So I've been very worried about catching the virus and I have a dog. I could most certainly not take care of her while being ill. I have family and friends who would take care of her while I'm sick (I'm 28F with no conditions, so I assume chances are high that I recover from it). But if I give her away, what do I have to do not to get the others infected? She is a very good girl, so I could ask her to sit at the entrance gate of the garden and the new people could get her without coming into contact with me. I know dogs cannot catch the virus, but I could probably spread it via her fur, collar and leash. I can hardly spray her with sanitizer, can I? It's also a general question for everyone else who might be in the same situation.
