Hey guys. My dad and I’s dog is going to pass soon this weekend. He will be put down due to him developing cancer. My dad and I are affect by this greatly. I’ve always wanted a cat and my dad said that we could get a cat after he passes. That got me wondering if getting a new pet right after our pet passes is a bad thing. Do you think that I should wait a few months to get a new pet? Or do you think that getting a new pet soon isn’t a bad idea?
