First, I have a 120 lb Chocolate lab that is about 12 years old? Obviously an older gentleman, but lately he has been having problems holding it, and has pooped in the house daily. Also at times really shows his age/ pain when walking (the pain meds we got him are a little helpful)
Reason I ask is my last dog, a 14 year old Golden retriever, I had put down long after I should have ended her suffering and I still years later find sadness in my selfishness to keep her around
