Hey everyone,
My 16 year old dog just took a tumble.
She is limping on her back left foot. I notice she lifts it off the ground a bit when she is standing and has trouble lifting it high off the ground. I noticed this when she was stepping into her bed. There is a small lip and it was very hard for her to lift it over. It looks like her leg might be at a slightly weird angle, (sticking out a bit).
She is still walking on it (although I’ve been trying to limit that) by carrying her and having her rest.
What do you think it could be? Dislocated hip?
What would it suggest I do?
I appreciate all help!
