So, I'm just laying down with my dog right now. He's pretty cozy at the moment, but I've recently started to notice some odd changes in his behaviour. Sometimes when he's laying on the couch across from me, he'll be thrashing around and rolling on his back for seemingly no reason. Other times I've noticed he'll lick his nose repeatedly for about a minute straight. I just sort of shook it off as fleas or something, but he's been doing it for a while now, and it's starting to worry me. He usually never makes noises in his sleep up until recently. I'll notice he'll snore or breath rather loudly. Other times, he's whimpering a lot and even growling. Also, I've noticed these weird red bumps on the top of his paws. I tried looking for something like it online, but nothing looks even remotely similar. Four bumps on each paw, all red, only on the top, all aligned in the exact same spot. I'm starting to think there might be something wrong with him, and it's worrying me. Maybe I'm overreacting, but he's the only one that I've found solace in as of late, and I want to make sure that he's in good health.
Anyone who has an idea of what might be going on, please help.
