Any ideas what is wrong with my kitten?

My cat Zane is 6 months old and a male. About two weeks ago he started vomiting a lot throughout the day and didn’t want to eat much. I took him to the vet and they ran a blood test which came back normal but his white blood cell was a little high. They also ran a fecal sample that came back normal. The doctor also checked him for FIV and that came back negative. He gave him an antibiotic shot and sent me home. Two days later he looked worse and the doctor told me he wanted to do an X-ray because he was sure he had a blockage. Once the X-ray came back he said he didn’t see anything but his gas patterns pointed towards a blockage so I agreed to surgery. Well, there wasn’t a blockage but he said his lymph nodes were swollen so he took a biopsy of those as well as his stomach. He sent out the lymph node biopsy because he thought he might have lymphoma which ended up coming back negative. At this point my doctor has no clue why he’s sick. The only thing the biopsy showed was that he has some sort of infection present in his body. Doctor also claimed that when he opened him up that all of his organs looked good. He recently sent out the stomach biopsy and I’m currently waiting on the results. But if that comes back negative I will be well over $1000 and still no solution for my poor baby!! I’m afraid I’ll have to put him down if he doesn’t get better and we can’t find a problem. Has anybody had anything like this happen to their animal or have any advice!! Right now the doctor keeps seeing him everyday and giving him fluids, nausea medicine and a acid reducer medicine. He’s eating and has an appetite, he plays and clean himself. He seems normal but he still pukes here and there. I’m at a loss!! Sorry for long post!!
