Hello,a year ago i har adopted a stray cat.he was doing fine.but since a month ago he is not eating properly.he was eating cat food earlier and now because of lock down cant get any cat food now i am feeding him small fishes.he is breathing heavily not interested to eat anything.doesnt plays much.sleeps most of the time.i want to see a vet but thats not possible.i live in a remote village and because of lockdown cant go out.any one please help me.thank you
