Cat just peed in my bed twice in 16 hours...

My cat has had a behavioral problem with peeing in my dogs bed, I took her to the vet so it isn't a UTI. I now lock my dogs bed/crate when she's not sleeping to prevent issues. Non-issue for a month now

Last night i found a big wet spot on my bed, and then the same again this morning.

My cat sleeps with me and my dog in the bed, separate sides and has for over a year.

After Checking her litter box, I'm praying it was the position if it that caused her to pee outside it. I'm praying she chose the bed due to no other soft litter-like material. She has a narrow entrance and the front had poop on top. So maybe she said "I can't get in"

I changed it so she wide, open litter box now with fresh litter.

But if this happens again, then what? Hopefully she just was too cramped in the litter box with a hood, but what if it's behavior? Is giving her to someone else my only option? Idk how you train her to stop

I can only flip my mattress once
