His leg broke in October but the vet said it would heal withing a month but that obviously wasant the case,a month and a half ago they told us that they wouldn't be helping us anymore because we missed a appointment and my dog has had the same splint sing that day,its now all beat up and in need of a change,the vet's had said he would definitely need surgery but we dont have the money for it I need advice on what to do this is really heartbreaking
