So, my mom has an old dog. He was diagnosed with minor arthritis a couple years ago, so the vet gave my mom some anti inflammatories to give him when hes in pain. That doesn't happen unless he goes on walks. My mom rarely takes him on walks. I felt bad for him so, I take him on walks everyday, down the street. I had read that walking a different on pavement can make arthritis worse, but its difficult not to walk on the pavement around our hosue, and I figured walking on pavement is better then not taking him in walks at all. Lately hes been limping around the house. My mom took him to the vet, and the vet said hes got some severe arthritis in left paw. It will require daily medication. My mom looked at me, and said I should pay for the meds because I walked the dog on payment everyday. WIBTA if I didnt oayz seeing as it might be my fault his arthritis got worse? Do you think it would have gotten this bad regardless of weather o walked him on the pavement.
