Up until a couple of weeks ago, our two dogs were very equal with how much time and attention they sought from my wife and I. We have been working at home since mid-March in separate "offices" and they would wander between the rooms and settle equally with each of us. In the evening they would settle near either one of us with no obvious preference. Essentially, they seemed to like us both equally.
Since just over 2 weeks ago, they're attached to me. They settle in my "office" during the day, shadow me in the house and garden, settle near me in the lounge.
We both share almost completely equally their walks (sometimes together, sometimes individually), feeding, playtime, grooming etc.
Any idea what may have happened, and how we can fix it? My wife is starting to feel like she has done something wrong.
