My brother has a dog that just got out of surgery. He has to wear a cone, so he doesn't pull his stitches out. It been 3 days, and my brother hasnt cleaned the cone at all. It's all cloudy, and there is a little bit of dry food on it. I looked online, and it said you are suppose to clean it everyday, to avoid skin infections. I'd rather not say anything to him, but should I?
