Cat peeing outside of box, I've tried almost everything

Sorry for the long post, I just want to provide as much context as possible.

I've had my 4 year old cat for about 5 weeks. She's my first cat and there's no other pets or young kids in the house, just me and my parents.

She had no reported issues with peeing in her box before I adopted her. When she first came home with me she was totally fine too, but a few weeks after that she peed on the futon near her box when my mom was vacuuming. I figured she just got stressed out from the noise, but after the second time it happened, I took her to the vet and they said she didn't have any medical issues.

Since then we've covered the futon in plastic and I've tried moving around her (2) litter boxes, getting 2 new ones (none of them are hooded), getting the Feliway diffuser, and getting Dr Elsey's litter attractant. I also have a consistent routine of playing with her 4-5 times a day for 10-15 mins each (she loves playing!!!), and she has plenty of furniture and vertical space to use, though she's still not that confident in some parts of our house.

She stopped peeing on the futon, but she peed once on the floor of our laundry room right next to her box (I've since moved the box out of there), and ~4 times on some brick flooring behind a wood stove. There's 2 litter boxes there for her to use, but she's only peed in them once. Every other time has been on the brick right next to them. I'm worried that peeing in this spot has become a habit for her, but when we block that area off, I think she holds in her pee until she can go there again, which obviously isn't good for her. She has absolutely no trouble pooping in her boxes, and she still pees in them about half the time. I also think it's worth noting that we have some carpeted areas in our house, but she's never peed on the carpet; the only soft surface she inappropriately peed on was the futon.

I'm pretty sure that her boxes are big enough for her, and I clean them right after she uses them. I also clean her accidents with an enzymatic cleaner. I've been using both a scented clumping clay litter and an unscented pine litter, 2 boxes have a mix and 2 only have the clay. I'm getting an unscented clay litter tomorrow, but if that doesn't work, I'm not sure what else I can do.

Does anyone have any advice? Am I doing something wrong? What are my options here? Thanks for reading my long post!!!
