catbaby had a second seizure help/advice/second opinion wanted

So in March I woke up to my cat having a violent seizure on my lap. This scared the crap out of me and I took him to his vet as soon as I could. this took two days because of the shutdown and even calling around to the local emergency animal hospitals the receptionist told me it wold be a long wait anyway since it wasn't immediately life threatening. So he finally gets to see his vet and they do all the testing that they can there and everything came back normal. The vet told me he is most likely epileptic though it could be a tumor but that was highly unlikely due to his age. (though he did tell me he could recommend me to a specialist if I wanted to check anyway to be sure though it would be about $2000+ out of pocket for the MRI/CATscan/whatever) since this was his first seizure he suggested we do more of a wait and see if he had anymore and if so how frequent before he subscribes anti-seizure medication since they can have negative long term issues.

Today he had his second seizure. I have informed his vet but I wanted any advice/ second opinion I could get to see if their is anything else I could do to help my cat.
