I’ve had my dog for a little over a year and he’s around two years old. He’s never had a barking issue and rarely ever did it. But now in the past few weeks, he aggressively barks several times a day at people out the window and voices in the hall. I’ve been in this same place for over 6 months, nothing has changed. But now he barks and he runs around with the hair on his back(hackles?) standing up. What’s happening, what could cause such a change?
