I noticed my cat had a weird looking wound/mark on he’s neck area that had mostly dried blood and some pus, I cleaned it up using warm water and cloth and searched it up and believe it is something called a abscess ? do I need to do anything else besides cleaning it ? Will it go away by itself ? I can’t really take him to a vet right now due to extreme corona lockdown where I live, advice would be appreciated, thanks
