So for about a month or two my cat has stopped eating almost any food. Even fish, ham milk etc... He has become VERY thin and today i noticed that he cannot breathe properly he also does not have any energy to even climb things like stairs. 3-4 years ago i noticed he had been hit with a bb gun and the pellet had stuck in his neck. When i brought it up to my vet he said that it would come out on its own. Well now it has started to come out, its almost even off. There is a piece of skin that stops it from falling off but im scared of removing the pellet myself as to not hurt my cat in the fragile state that he is. My question is: is he going to start eating again after the pellet falls off or is it something else. The vets say that the pellet has nothing to do with his condition but im not sure about that.
