Someday when I have my own place I'd love to have cats and dogs. I read about cats having higher life expectancy and health if they only stay indoors. I'd love for my future dog to be able to go into the backyard to do his business and play however.
Is it possible to have both? Would something like a collar controlled doggy door work?
