I’ve heard people say that unlike a dog, cats wag their tails when they are annoyed and irritated. But mine rubs his head on me and loves getting pet while still wagging his tail. Sometimes its only moving a tiny bit while I pet him and sometimes its wagging a lot. Is this normal?
