So yeah, I have a cute pomeranian female. She is already 1yr and 3 months old. She doesn't wag her tail but she spins around many times when she sees me or any of my family members. We also have a stray cat who roams around freely (eventually became ours) when he visits us to eat I showed him my pomeranian dog since both of them are very nice. My pet dog instantly wags her tail (but not consistent only a few wags) whenever she sees him. She also doesn't wag her tail to any of the dogs inside the house but she actively plays with them. Anyone knows why? :(
PS: Her spinning is very cute tho but I want to see her wag her tail.
