I took my 2 pups out to potty. A shepherd and Doberman pup. Long story short they were playing and the shepherd had a case of the zoomies. She was running full force in a circle, and ran right into my Doberman pup. Doberman instantly layed down and started yelping really loudly. I went to his aid and he was bleeding from his nose. I gave him pain meds and just sat with him soothing him. Bleeding has stopped but now he’s making weird noises with his nose, like he’s exhaling through his nose heavily, like he’s trying to get something out of it. Could this be a possible brain injury? Still bleeding but internally?
