Small raised bumps on my cat

Question about my cat- possible skin condition?

Bit of a long post I’ll try to condense. I got a cat a couple months ago from someone who found her wondering the streets. Context on that: she was found in a neighborhood with evidence she had seen a vet (declawed), the person who found her tried for weeks to find an owner, and eventually made a post on Facebook for someone to claim the cat as she could not keep it. Super nice lady, very clean house, no other pets just wasn’t allowed to have pet per her lease. I took her in, we think she’s about a year old. So anyway recently I was cuddling with her and found small raised bumps, pinhead size, in her fur. I dug in her fir and found they were red. She has about 15-20 of these on her back end by her tail and another 5-10 between her eyes and her ears. We have given her plenty of flea treatments so we know that’s not it. We don’t see any other evidence of bugs. They don’t seem to hurt my cat she has no reactions when I touch them. What on earth could they be? Should I be worried? Please help I’m worried about my sweet baby.

Edit 1: where I said the bumps were in her fir, I meant on her skin
