I recently got an elderly cat from a shelter. She is supposedly 14-ish.
I've noticed that everytime shes hungry she'll take my kitchen apart. Meaning that everything that is not glued to the counter WILL be pushed off until I comply (even though her food bowl is full).
I don't know how I can train her to stop, if that's even possible. Ignoring her is quite difficult (she'll usually start around 5 am because she is demanding wetfood even though dryfood is available). She usually stops after a while but will do it again the next day.
Any tips how to make her stop?
