I live in an apartment building and I don’t have access to a door to the outside from my apartment. I’m afraid to let my cat outside on her own in case she comes to the building door and I am not there to let her in. She was a stray cat before I got her and she hates being stuck inside. I have had her for 2 years. She kept trying to get out and she would cry at the front door. I felt guilty so I decided to take her out at night time to give her some freedom. When I do take her out she stays by my side and occasionally runs off and I have to search for her. I really regret it because now she whines at me to take her out like 24 hours a day. It’s disturbing me and my neighbors. Should I continue to take her outside ? What would you do? Thank you.
