My cat is almost a year old (September birthday!). I got her two months ago. She’s a beautiful cat and I love her very much.
I grew up with cats and my parents didn’t really do their best taking care of them. Vet visits weren’t regular (it didn’t help we had financial struggles), and they didn’t keep up with cleaning their cat water fountain (which may have been the cause of the family cats’ premature deaths).
After these experiences, I try really hard to make sure my girl is healthy and has the best food, dental care, toys, and she’s all set up with the vet. Is there anything else I should do? Obviously too much of something isn’t always good but if there’s anything more I should be doing, that would be helpful to know.
