Recently we have been looking at adding a cat to our family. My mom and I are home all day while my wife works. We have a golden/cocker mix who is 10 years old. He has been around other dogs before but never a cat.
I love my dog and he is actually quite sensitive and if you make him mad he snubs you lol. He will ignore you and walk by you if you call him. He’s never ever been aggressive to anyone besides barking but, that’s only so you will pet him.
I need help with the decision. I don’t want to hurt my dogs feelings if that makes any sense. I think they would get along but I don’t want to pay an adoption fee only to have to make the kitten an outside cat. Thanks for any advice.
