My dog is a momma of a litter of puppies and the first 3 days she was good,but today is the 4th day and she keeps trying to get out of the welping box

I took her out for 3 mins while the puppies were sleeling and,but when i put her back in she walks away from the puppies and stay in her own area.What Should I Do? (No she is not hurting or sick)
