Posting for a friend,
My friend bought a puppy then 2days later it was diagnosed with Parvo & died my friend went back to the apartment and theres no answer, when he took it the vet the vet said the day before he brought his in a guy brought 2 of the same pups in also with Parvo, the guy had also rang the vets the day before and said he had 3 pups but only brought 2 in (same breed of dog) he also gave false details & nobody can get hold of him.
Is there anything that can be done to get his money back & obviously be able to provide details for the guy to recieve his "justice"
