I recently adopted my cat Louie (1 year old) in July, and then adopted another cat Loki (5 months old) in September. In the past month or so, I have noticed that Louie's tail is constantly facing down and he seems to have lost interest in playing with toys that he used to love to play. He seems very lethargic and naps more often than he used to, and doesn't respond much when I try to play with him. I also recently moved in the past week from a large 5 bedroom house with a backyard to a much smaller big 3 bedroom apartment. Today, I noticed that he went to the bathroom much more often than usual - about 5/6 times in the day. I was wondering if there are any red flags or if I should go to the vet to make sure he is okay?
Other things to note are that Loki and Louie get along really well - they play together and share litter boxes and food/water bowls and I have not seen them fight over anything. Louie also has more of a shy personality and hides when strangers are around whereas Loki is outgoing and playful with everyone.
