Need help with a runt of the litter kitten

Hi, I was just newly notified (unofficially) to take care of newborn kittens. Out of the 3, one of them is smaller and is refusing to take any milk replacement that I have. (The other 2 are handling it well) I'm really new to the newborn scene and its a bit hard to find answers you need to find in google sometimes. I'm super concerned regarding the smaller one as:

1) they aren't sucking or willing to swallow both from the syringe or nursing bottle 2) during one of the bathroom stimulation, they were the only one that had sudden diarrhea

They were all just born last Friday and the queen was sent to the vet due to birthing complications afterwards. I'm planning to ask the vet tomorrow but would like some advice as I am feeding them again soon in an hour. I am going to do Kitten Lady's advice on how to feed them again.

This is just day 2 of me nursing them, so there might be a lot of things that I might have done wrong so far. So I hope to see if any advice could work, thanks in advance.
