I work three 12 hour shifts out of town. Leave at 1500 on Thursday back home Friday at 0630 then sleep till 1400. Working again on Friday and Saturday nights. Then home Sunday-Thurs. Is it cruel or OK to leave a cat alone for that amount of time each week. Would it Change if cat had another cat friend?
