My cat ate something and it’s like foam that would be in couches or a dog toy he won’t eat he’s drank some water but he has liquid poop it smells terrible it also has blood in it. Does he have blockage? it’s gotten some snow where I live and I’m unsure if the vet would a possibility please help.
