cat fighting - litter mates

Hello!

So I live with a roommate and we each have a cat. They are boys and they are litter mates. Its a strange scenario but we recently became roommates (4 months ago) and the cats didn't grow up together. They lived separately for about 2 years.

The cats love being in my room - I have a cat tree, I feed them, clean the litter, etc. But my cat, Mio, can't stand the other, Yeu, in the room. Everytime Yeu is in here, on my bed or on the cat tree Mio tries to fight him. Never hissing but tumbling around fighting. I leave my door cracked at night so that Mio can come in and out to use the litter and eat (also if I didn't leave the door open he would FREAK). Like clock work, they wake me up at 4 AM fighting on top of me. I've started putting Yeu out of the room when they start fighting at 4 and shutting Mio in which has been better but Mio will just scratch at the door for 2 hours. But I don't really want to wake up to fighting at 4 am every morning. Also, if I put them both out they would be fighting infront of my door and scratching at my door.

What is the solution? I'm so annoyed. How do I stop Mio from fighting Yeu? It seems pretty territorial.
