I am driving across the country with my cat, dog and kid. My cat gets SUPER anxious in the car, even in just an hour long drive-and this will take 3 full days.
I don’t want to sedate her as that can be dangerous and make things worse, but I have to do something because I’m really worried about how she’ll handle this and the effect it will have on her. Does anyone have experience with travel-anxious cats, any calming techniques or treats or something? I just don’t want her to be in a state of panic for three days straight.
