Same area behind the dining room table. One soft lump and a bunch of droplets. Many stains now. He is a 9 1/2 Boston Terrier. We had to change his food due to a heart valve condition about 3 months ago and also started on heart medication around that time. I don’t think the food and meds have anything to do with it because it started a few weeks ago. Every once in a while he would have this throughout the years but this has been several time a week. Rice and chicken seemed to help a few days but that it. I will probably call the vet this week but any suggestions? I hate the stains on the carpet so any suggestions on that is recommended but more importantly I worry this could be something serious. He hasn’t thrown up. He sleeps a lot which he always did but also has lots of energy when outside or playing with our other dog. Something I noticed today was he got a peanut I accidentally dropped and was chewing it. I noticed his breath while chewing smelled like poop. He has always had bad breath but tolerable unless he was very nervous....then it got bad but never smelled like poop.
