My cat has been suffering from acute kidney failure for the last 3 weeks. I took her to 2 different vets and they both said it was best to go ahead and put her to sleep. she was my best friend and the last little meow she let out still lingers in my mind. I feel like a horrible person. She got me through so many hard times in my life and now there’s a huge hole in my heart. am i justified in feeling so guilty?
