I kept hearing sad cat noises near my apartment every so often. One day I went around the house to see if there was a injured cat. Then I found the source of the noise, it was my neighbors cat. When it saw me it jumped on the screen of the window and started meowing for attention. I've never seen a cat so desperate for attention. It started crying as soon as I walked away. Every so often I hear it makes those crying sounds. The owner leaves her apartment often for days and the cats alone. It's been several nights and the cat is alone crying. It looks fed from what I can tell. Is there anyway I can help? What should I do?
