Planning to get a female kitten while already having 2 male kittens. How and what should I prepare?

So about a month ago my mother decided to adopt 2 male kittens(brothers) and now she also plans to adopt another kitten; a female(seperate litter). The 3 kittens are all the same age at 3 months and have had their monthly visitations to the vet. However, my mother doesn't plan on neutering or spaying any of the kittens because she plans on breeding them to have more kittens in the house. Now I'm asking if there is anything I should look out for or be worried about having 2 male and 1 female kitten being the same age and eventually being in heat. My mother puts the kittens in a single cage at night when everyone's sleeping and she plans to put the new female kitten in there as well (it's big enough for 3 of them) But I'm very concerned if this could lead to an early pregnancy for the kitten and she might be in danger health wise. Perhaps also the 2 male kittens will fight for the 1 female.

Any advice/help would be appreciated.

Note: I cannot change my mother's stance. She is adamant on not desexing the kittens so they will their own kittens in the future.
