I live with my mother because she has medical issues and it is not safe for her to live alone. SOMETIME soon she will be moving to an assisted living home and I'll be able to move on again. A little while ago I was looking at one of my 14 year old cats and started to worry what would happen to them when this moment happens. They cant go with my mother, I have no idea whats going to happen with me. And I sure as hell wont put them in a shelter. They have been indoor cats their whole life and they are old. Maybe its best that I put them down.. I dont know. Well that was only a month ago and yesterday I had to put one of them down. Cancer. Ive been crying ever since it sunk it that this was something I was going to have to do and I feel heartbroken for my other cat. It wont be long until he starts to wonder where his brother is. :-(
