Hello, sorry if this question isn't allowed here but after a lot of research I'm having trouble narrowing down the best options for health insurance for my cat.
She is 2 years old and healthy, up to date on all shots and spayed. I adopted her about 2 months ago.
I am a young professional with not a ton of disposable income. I want her to stay healthy though, so I budget enough per month to buy her high quality food and also want to be able to take her to the vet when needed and have some kind of assurance for any unforeseen emergency.
I'm not sure what the standard is for pet insurance (my parents never insured our pets growing up) and I've seen a lot of different options with different plans. I'd like something that isn't insanely expensive per month, but will at least cover her somewhat for annual vet visits and any emergencies. Really just looking for insight on what insurance other pet/cat owners use and how your experiences have been!
