Crow?

My cousin’s (22f/CA, USA) current dream is to have a photoshoot with a crow. I want to make this a reality for her.

Now, I have a few obvious ground rules regarding this: 1) No wild birds can be involved. It’s not right. Leave them be.

2) No domesticated birds that are handled by someone without a license or certification should be involved. i.e. no illegally domesticated crows

So, that all said, anyone have any pointers or ideas as to how I can help make this happen?

Do people legally have crows as pets? I’m fairly certain (but open to correction) that they would have to have a license and/or work at a wildlife rehab center in order to have this sort of access...

Is this even morally or ethically sound to exploit an animal in this way? If it were domesticated, would it be much different from doing a photoshoot with one’s parakeet?

Photoshop would probably be the easiest, but a) I suck at photoshop and b) she really wants to meet a real one.

Does anyone have a parrot that looks remarkably like a crow?

This is a serious post, and I realize it’s ridiculous, but I’m having a huge brain fart regarding how to go about this.
