How much to charge for house sitting (2 dogs, 2 cats)?

Here are the deets:

• 12 nights
• 2 puppies - 1 3-month-old, 1 4-month-old
• We have to feed the dogs three times per day
• 2 cats
• We also have to water their plants around the entire house every other day
• Our commute to work is about 30 miles one way
• The house is in an expensive town
• The people we are housesitting for are patients of my mom's but we don't know them personally

I don't want to take advantage of them but this is a lot of work. We have clients in the same town who give us $100 per night for two adults dogs, so my initial thought was $125 per night, or $1,500. What do y'all think?
