So my dog spends most of the day outside bc she loves being outside, but she doesnt like the cats that live outside. So she tries to get to them which causes her collar to rub against her neck. And now the skin on her neck is sore. She uses a metal collar bc those are the only ones sturdy enough to handle her constant pulling(She's a muscular girl). Her sore neck doesnt seem to bother her bc I've touched it and she seems to not get phased by it. But it makes me look bad, and it makes me sad to see her sore neck. Her collar isnt tight, I can stick my whole hand under it. But idk what to do her sore neck really bothers me. I was thinking about wrapping a towel around the part of the collar to stop the metal from rubbing against her neck but idk if it'll work. Has anyone else had this issue?
